Educational Games
Our Respect Life Range focuses on a few species that are currently facing threats to their survival, due to human impact. Currently we have two board games, two activity books and two ‘seek-and-find’ puzzles. Each of these comes with information about the animal and gives some ways in which one can make a difference.
Western Leopard Toad Board Game – Players need to help the toad to reach its breeding ground. It is faced with many dangers on the way, which result in a missed turn or two
Solitary Bee Board Game – In order to pollinate the locally indigenous flora, solitary bees are often subjected to many health impacts that can affect them and the effectiveness of the jobs that they do
Nalu and Rocky Activity Books – Meet Rocky the rock hyrax (dassie) and Nalu the African pygmy seahorse. These two characters take children through 21 pages of activities (in each book), such as wordsearches, colouring-in pages and ID guides
African Penguin and Cape Chacma Baboon Puzzles – Children can build these puzzles and then use them as a learning tool when they try to spot different activities that are happening in the finished pictures
